為了配合業務發展及法規更新, 本公司現就證券(現金)戶口及證券(孖展)戶口重新修訂本公司之開戶條款作出更新，當中包括《關於買賣證券之條款和細則（現金戶口）》及《股票按貸財務融資的條款合約及細則(孖展戶口) 》(統稱為「修訂條款和細則」)。該修訂條款和細則將於二零零九年三月一日起生效。有關更新版本已上載到本公司網站: http://www.sywg.com.hk/sywg/chi/。 如欲下載修訂條款和細則，請按入"客戶服務"一欄後再進入"表格下載"。 閣下亦可致電客戶服務熱線以索取已修訂條款及細則之小冊子

倘若 閣下於二零零九年三月一日後繼續使用本公司的交易服務，則會被視為已接受此修訂條款和細則。

如 閣下拒絕接受上述修訂條款和細則，請於二零零九年四月一日或以前以書面通知本公司，本公司將作出適當的安排為閣下終止服務。 否則 閣下將被視作同意接受該修訂條款和細則。

Notice of change in Terms and Conditions of
Securities Account Opening Documents

We have revised the Terms and Conditions relating to the sale and purchase of securities (Cash Account) and Terms and Conditions for Share Margin Financing Facility (Margin Account) (collectively known as "Revised Terms and Conditions") of the securities account opening documents, effective 1 March 2009, in line with the provision of new services and regulatory changes. The Revised Terms and Conditions are now uploaded on the Company website: http://www.sywg.com.hk/sywg/chi/. Please click on the button under "Customer Service" and choose "Forms Download" for downloading the revised Terms and Conditions. Please contact our Customer Services Hotline to obtain a booklet of the Revised Terms and Conditions if you wish.

If you continue to use our dealing services after 1 March 2009, you are deemed to have accepted the Revised Terms and Conditions.

If you elect not to accept the Revised Terms and Conditions, you must notify us of your objection in writing on or before 1 April 2009. We will make necessary arrangements to discontinue our service with you accordingly. In the absence of the objection letter from you, you will be deemed to have accepted the Revised Terms and Condition
